Step 1 - Select the size of the Yeti you will be sending
Step 2 - Select engraving locations
Step 3 - Enter engraving design/requests/personalizations
Step 4 - Check out
Step 5 - package your item + ship to my location
Step 6 - i will generate a mock up of your requested design and email it to you while your tumbler is in route to me.
Step 7 - Upon receipt of your tumbler (with mock up approval) I will engrave your tumbler to the approved specifications
Step 8 - Shipping - i will package your completed tumbler and ship it back to you.

Please note that the tumbler will be inspected upon receipt, if it is deemed unable to be engraved or the incorrect information was selected in this listing (wrong sizing, etc.) I will reach back out to you and more fees may be required to complete the engraving or the item may be sent back to you without engraving services rendered with only store credit refunded. PLEASE select the proper information in this listing. If you are unsure, reach out to me.
